Runsheet: have a "Live" runsheet functionality

A mobile patrol runsheet should be used as a "live" function where previous checks on that particular day can still be viewed at all times by the guard on shift and then when the next guard comes on shift, they should be able to log into the same live runsheet and view the previous checks that have been completed. This enables the team to view in time order what has been completed earlier in the day or night and what is due to be completed. Is there a way that the runsheet can be used as live function for each specific date and site?
