Live Ops feature for Runsheet

just there is live ops board for check calls, there should be one for the runsheet so controllers can see on the dashboard what jobs are being completed in real time and if mobile officers have fallen behind or are ahead and to also prevent jobs not being completed. extra feature could be a runsheet job cannot be closed until all NFC tags are tagged, same with a job changing colour if they happen to be late to one. also being able to add call out jobs to the runsheet as a form of dispatch for controllers to mobile officers to correct sites.
