Patrols: have options on how to display runsheets on the app

have the option to choose how the visits can be displayed on the runsheets and have the option to copy the arrangement from day to day
1) chronological order
2) time of visit
3) custom arrangement

Time order for runsheets. It's frustrating when you have to move so many shifts around. Sometimes the saved order does not get saved.
